PIXAR the genius of Disney's strategy in action.
Gaston Ugarte, a Tucumano living his dream, whom I had the pleasure of meeting when both were living in New York, said some magic words yesterday:Do you want to come to know my workplace? So ... He works at PIXAR ! CARS Creator, Monsters Inc., The Incredibles, Toy Story (if you didnt jump off your chair so far, is that you dont have children to use them as an excuse to see those wonderful films haha) and the last winner of the Oscar UP, which he himself participated.
Since Robert Dilts made his modeling work of genius strategy, embodied in three MUST have volumes, In NLP when it comes to work fulfilling dreams or goals, Walt Disney is the genius to follow. Visitig Pixar wouldnt be the same without the passion that Robert has transmited to me for Walt Disney estrategies.
Sometimes we dont have the ability to dream without limits , usually we do so with interferences coming from the reality. That is how, we,  ordinary mortals says, ¨ I'd like to go to Brazil, yes, but ... the money, time ... these issues, responding to a Realistic citeria.
Walt Disney had the habillity to Dream or put together a team of ¨dreamers¨ without limits!
